Due to the special nature of some items, the final shipping costs will be confirmed with you prior to processing of your order.
If you opted to receive a shipping rate quote from us, please know that we will charge your credit card or open account only after we have the shipping rate approval from you.

Before you can return any item ordered, you must first contact Customer Service @ 800.635.8335. Ask for ONLINE SALES to obtain a Return Authorization Number before any items may be returned. Items returned without this number will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in original new condition. Return shipping and insurance must be prepaid. A minimum restocking fee of 5% will apply to all return items.

We will not accept freight collect returns. Customers are also responsible for all shipping charges for Refused Shipments.

All shipping charges including common carrier, standard ground, 3-day select, special air or international shipping charges and insurance charges are non-refundable and will be charged in addition to the 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges on all merchandise of excessive weight or size will be charged in addition to the restocking fee.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
